At Joeydolls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
